Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer care team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.
Ship the Items
Send your return via a tracked mail service to our distribution center; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
